How it works What you get About Book an AI Game Plan
The AI Game Plan

One audit. Three parts. A plan you'll actually use.

The AI Game Plan is for small business owners and in-house marketing teams who know AI is doing something, suspect they should be doing more with it, and would rather have a clear plan than a list of tools to "try later." It's $400, and there's a value guarantee.

Value guarantee

If after the debrief call you genuinely feel the Game Plan wasn't worth $400, tell me and I'll refund you. No haggling, no awkward email exchange.

Why $400, and why this format?

True North AI Solutions is intentionally early-stage. I'm building the kind of consultancy where each engagement is sharp, focused, and the deliverable speaks for itself — and the price right now reflects that I'm still building proof. As the deck sharpens and the client list grows, this rate will move up. You're getting in early.

And it's three parts on purpose. One call so I can actually understand your business. A written deck so you have something to keep, share, and refer back to. A second call so the deck doesn't just sit in your downloads folder.

Good fit if

  • You run a small business or a small in-house marketing team
  • You're curious about AI but haven't built it into your work yet
  • You'd rather understand the recommendations than outsource them
  • You want plain English, not "AI-powered synergy"
  • You're in a small town or a small market and tired of being talked past

Probably not a fit if

  • You want someone to build and run automations for you
  • You're looking for ongoing managed services or full implementation
  • You want enterprise-grade compliance, security audits, or technical infrastructure work
  • You've already got an AI strategy and just need someone to execute it
What the discovery call sounds like

No demo. No pitch. Just questions.

So you know what you're walking into — here are some of the actual questions I'll ask on the discovery call. The full list is around a dozen; we'll move at your pace.

Q 01

Tell me about your business in your own words — like you're describing it to a new neighbor.

Q 02

Who are your customers, and how do they actually find you today?

Q 03

Walk me through a typical week. What takes up the most time?

Q 04

What tasks do you actually enjoy versus the ones that feel like a chore?

Q 05

What have you tried with AI already? What worked, what frustrated you?

Q 06

If you had a smart assistant for 5 hours a week, what would you have them do?

Q 07

What's the thing you've been meaning to do but never have time for?

Q 08

What worries you most about using AI in your business?

A sample slide

What one of the opportunity slides looks like.

Each opportunity gets a dedicated slide structured like this — what the opportunity is, why it fits your business, what tool to use, how to implement, and the realistic impact.

Opportunity 1 of 3 Sample — illustrative only

Use AI to draft customer follow-up emails

What I observed: You mentioned writing 5–7 follow-up emails per week, and that you put them off because they feel repetitive. Each one takes ~15 minutes because you're starting from a blank page.

The move: A custom prompt that takes the customer's name, the project context, and the last touchpoint, and drafts a follow-up in your voice. You edit before sending — never auto-send.

How to implement: ChatGPT or Claude (either works). I'll write the starter prompt for you. Setup time: ~30 minutes. Ongoing cost: $0 if you're already paying for a subscription.

Impact: 4–5 hrs/week saved Effort: Low When: This week
Questions people actually ask

A few things to clear up before you book.

I don't really know anything about AI yet. Is this too early for me?

No — this is exactly who the Game Plan is built for. The whole point is to meet you where you are. If you've never opened ChatGPT, we'll start there. If you've been using AI casually but it feels random, we'll give it shape. No prerequisites.

What tools or subscriptions do I need before we start?

None. We use whatever you already have or what makes sense for your business. If a recommendation requires a paid tool, I'll tell you the cost upfront and we'll only include it if the math works for you.

Can you just build the workflows for me instead of teaching me?

Not as part of this. The Game Plan is education-first by design — I want you to understand the workflows so you can run them yourself, adjust them, and explain them to your team. If you want full implementation help, I'll point you toward people who specialize in that.

How does the value guarantee actually work?

After the debrief call, if you tell me you don't feel the Game Plan was worth $400, I refund you. No questionnaire, no negotiation, no awkward back-and-forth. I'd rather you walk away with your money than recommend me reluctantly.

What if my team is small or I'm a one-person business?

Great fit. The Game Plan is designed for solo founders and small teams specifically. The smaller the operation, the more leverage one well-placed AI workflow can give you.

Do you have case studies I can see?

Not yet — True North AI Solutions is intentionally early, and that's part of why the audit is $400 instead of $4,000. I'm building proof through the work itself. If that's a dealbreaker, I completely understand. If it isn't, you're getting a senior level of attention at a starter-level price.

What's the actual booking process?

Send an inquiry below. I'll email you back within a couple business days with a short pre-call questionnaire (so we hit the ground running) and a payment link. Once that's done, we book the discovery call.
